Description
As a Software Sales Representative, you will drive strategic business growth by proactively capturing new B2B market opportunities and delivering Cartrack’s cutting-edge fleet management and SaaS solutions. By deeply understanding client operational challenges, you will deliver compelling product demonstrations, forge lasting executive-level relationships, and consistently surpass sales revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B market opportunities to expand Cartrack's corporate client base.
Solution Selling: Conduct compelling product presentations and live demonstrations of Cartrack’s fleet management and SaaS solutions tailored to client needs.
Lead Generation: Build a robust sales pipeline through aggressive cold calling, strategic networking, and targeted social media outreach (LinkedIn/Social Selling).
Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual sales quotas and revenue targets.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain flawless, data-driven CRM records to ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum of 2 years of proven success in B2B corporate sales, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or tech-solution sales.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or any related field.
Willingness and flexibility to travel across Metro Manila and surrounding regions for face-to-face client engagements.
Qualifications
Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales KPIs and revenue targets.
Core Competencies: Exceptional verbal and written communication, executive-level presentation skills, and sharp commercial negotiation tactics.
