- Interpret study, data, and business requirements and apply defined rules consistently when reviewing, validating, and processing data.
- Analyze information across systems and data sources to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and potential data-quality issues.
- Manage assigned studies, activities, and deliverables independently, providing timely updates on risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
- Collaborate with clinical, technical, operational, and client-facing stakeholders regarding data-related inquiries, reporting requirements, and issue resolution.
- Support service requests, incidents, and change requests, including investigation, documentation, and appropriate escalation.
- Produce and maintain operational reports, reconciliations, metrics, and client deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement to improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and increase operational efficiency.
- Contribute data and operational expertise to the continued development of technology-enabled ways of working within Data Services.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and guidance with less experienced team members and contribute to a collaborative global team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 years of experience in Data Analyst.

- Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data-analysis skills.
- Experience with reporting, data reconciliation, and operational support activities.
- Ability to understand business and data requirements and translate them into practical data checks and operational solutions.
- Ability to work with complex datasets and investigate discrepancies across multiple data sources and systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
