YOUR MISSION

As Regional Director for SEAO (South-East Asia and Oceania), you will be responsible for crafting and securing sustainable business growth tailored to SEAO nuances.

Acting as a true Ambassador for our Maison’s voice, you will embody Cartier heritage of excellence, creativity, and innovation, reflecting our standards of elegance and craftsmanship. You will inspire diverse teams and foster a high-performance culture.

In accordance with the global Maison strategy, you will be responsible for driving innovation, and using strategic thinking to help your teams and organization reach their goals.

With a refined sense of leadership and strategic acumen, you will oversee elevating brand desirability, strengthening client-centricity across all channels, and facilitating navigation in complex ecosystems.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Drive: Set your region's commercial ambition and priorities, owning regional performance and full P&L delivery to drive sustainable growth and profitability across all channels while strengthening brand desirability and client development.

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a regional strategy that aligns with Cartier’s global vision as well as local market opportunities. Explore new business prospects to elevate and expand the brand desirability of our Maison. Balance short term objectives with long term ambition. Navigate external influences and trends by providing strategies/ fast market adjustment and turnarounds.

Strategic Planning, Operations & Business Growth/Performance: Drive top-line growth, profitability, and seamless operational excellence across all channels (Retail, Specialists, E-Commerce, High End, Travel retail), with full P&L responsibility.

MCC/Brand positioning: Ensure consistency in brand equity and maximize brand awareness via relevant Marketing, Communication & Merchandising strategies. Analyze and (re)allocate our pieces to be in line with the Maison expectations

Client-Centricity: Elevate client engagement by championing a culture of excellence in service, personalization, and long-term relationship building. Deepen differentiated experiences across all channels. Reinforce clienteling initiatives to fully develop client potential

People & Talent: Inspire, mentor, and grow high-performing multi-functional teams, championing talent development and leadership succession. Build high performant teams and accountability.

Foster an inclusive, purpose-driven internal culture and position Cartier as a top employer in the Region’s competitive talent landscape.

Cross-functional Collegiality: Partner with regional and global functions to ensure alignment across client strategy. Foster synergies between regions by encouraging best practices sharing.

Stakeholders Influence: Act as a Cartier Ambassador with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, institutional and public arenas.

Market Agility: Anticipate trends, embrace innovation, and adapt strategies to evolving luxury landscapes. Monitor and assess evolving business dynamics and fast changing competition landscape

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum 15+ years of proven leadership experience in leading multi-market regions, in Luxury Retail or premium client-related industries, with a master’s degree in business administration or similar
• Strong understanding and indepth knowledge of client experience in high-end retail or hospitality or similar industries, preferably in an international environment - APAC experience is a plus
• Experience in Luxury Watch and Jewelry is ideal
