Description
Leidos is seeking a mid-level MOE Analyst to provide data driven assessments of strategic communications operations. The analyst will leverage multi-source data to produce evidence based evaluations of operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing analytics, behavioral analytics, or data driven reporting, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to work on a team in a fast paced environment and perform independently.
Primary Responsibilities
· Applying scientific methodology for data collection, structuring, and analysis of multi-source data to produce evidence-based assessments of operational effectiveness
· Maintaining daily communication with Sponsor operational components to sustain situational awareness and providing MOE Operational Input during initial design stages
· Identifying data collection gaps and supporting the application of data-driven metrics to operational assessments
· Contributing to the production of MOE Assessment Briefs, Quarterly MOE Input, and Operational or Strategic MOE Assessments as directed
· Accessing and synthesizing data from multiple source types
Basic Qualifications
- Must have a TS/SCI with Poly to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on Data Analysis and at least 4 years of experience.
- Five (4) years of experience contributing to analysis activities; i.e., marketing analytics, public opinion research, behavioral analytics, data visualization, and/or data-driven reporting; or Five (5) years of experience with targeting or analysis efforts in support of Sponsor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in political science, data science, or other related social science discipline with an emphasis on quantitative methodology
- Familiarity with Sponsor analytic and targeting tools and methods
- Knowledge of communications analytics tools; i.e. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other commercially available marketing analytics and social listening tools

Pay Range:
Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
