Responsibilities
Peraton is a leading provider of Information Operations (IO) and Irregular Warfare (IW) capabilities to the U.S. government. Comprised of strategic communications professionals, Psychological Operations (PSYOP) and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) practitioners, data analysts, and campaign managers that bring a multidisciplinary approach to planning, executing, and assessing strategic communications operations, this program integrates Information Related Capabilities (IRC) across multiple domains, environments, and geographic boundaries, leveraging data-driven frameworks, multi-source analytics, and evidence-based reporting to advance influence objectives on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).
Responsibilities:
Peraton is seeking a junior MOE Analyst to support data-driven assessments of strategic communications operations. The analyst will leverage multi-source data to support evidence-based evaluations of operational effectiveness under the direction of senior analysts. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing analytics, behavioral analytics, or data-driven reporting, foundational quantitative skills, and the ability to perform within a team in a fast-paced, operationally sensitive environment.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting the application of scientific methodology for data collection, structuring, and analysis of multi-source data to produce evidence-based assessments of operational effectiveness
- Contributing to the production of MOE Assessment Briefs, Quarterly MOE Input, and other MOE deliverables under the direction of senior analysts
- Accessing and synthesizing data from multiple source types
- Maintaining daily communication with Sponsor operational components to sustain situational awareness and providing MOE Operational Input during initial design stages
- Assisting in the identification of data collection gaps and supporting the application of data-driven metrics to operational assessments

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline with an emphasis on data analysis
- Two (2) years of experience contributing to analysis activities; i.e., marketing analytics, public opinion research, behavioral analytics, data visualization, and/or data driven reporting
- OR Two (2) years of experience with targeting or analysis efforts in support of the Sponsor
- TS/SCI with Poly required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in political science, data science, or other related social science discipline with an emphasis on quantitative methodology
- Familiarity with Sponsor analytic and targeting tools and methods
- Knowledge of communications analytics tools; i.e. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other commercially available marketing analytics and social listening tools
