Assistant Director of Men’s Integrated Services

Location: Stamford, Connecticut
Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Lead clinical staff and daily operations in a men’s residential behavioral health program, helping clients navigate treatment, recovery, and long-term stability.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise clinical counselors, provide individual and group supervision, and audit clinical records.

• Manage residential operations, treatment schedules, and 24/7 staffing coverage.

• Maintain a clinical caseload and provide individual, group, and family therapy.

• Oversee treatment plans, documentation, data reporting, and compliance.

• Manage client crises and grievances while coordinating with leadership and external partners.

What You’ll Need

• Full, active Connecticut clinical license: LCSW, LADC, LPC, or LMFT.

• Supervisory or director-level experience in a residential mental health or substance use treatment facility.

• Experience managing a clinical caseload and treating substance use disorders.

• Strong clinical leadership, documentation, communication, and operational management skills.
