About Thermo Fisher Scientific

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we develop solutions that help people live healthier, cleaner, and safer lives. This is more than our Mission – it is the impact our colleagues make every day.

At our Vilnius site, we develop and manufacture innovative life science and diagnostic technologies used around the world. Our teams work in an environment where professionalism, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement matter.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining product (SKU) records in PLM/ERP systems: collecting and consolidating product information from Manufacturing and other functions, entering data, and coordinating SKU creation and change approval workflows.
  • Managing SKU changes: reviewing product composition, manufacturing documentation, and procedures to assess the impact of changes, implementing required updates, and ensuring SKU records remain accurate and current.
  • Driving continuous improvement: applying PPI and Lean tools and methods, organizing and participating in Kaizen and JDI activities, and taking part in Gemba walks to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintaining an organized and efficient work environment: implementing and sustaining 5S principles across physical and digital workspaces.
  • Supporting team performance: helping colleagues resolve operational issues and sharing technical knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to organize, manage, and analyze large datasets.
  • Good data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with product data and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different functions.
  • Ability to develop, document, and improve processes to increase operational efficiency and data quality.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.

The following qualifications would be an advantage:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with Oracle or other ERP/PLM systems.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise1 systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean, PPI, Kaizen, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Previous experience in product data management, SKU creation, manufacturing documentation, or change control processes.

What We Offer

  • Annual performance bonus and additional financial benefits
  • Comprehensive health package, including private health, life and accident insurance
  • Wellbeing support for employees and their family members, including mental health consultations, health check-ups, vaccinations, and on-site health initiatives
  • Opportunities for professional growth through internal training, access to Thermo Fisher e-University, and continuous development
  • The opportunity to work in a global, innovation-driven organization and collaborate with international teams
  • Daily benefits such as subsidized meals, gym access, and company transportation
  • An inclusive and supportive culture, with team events and community initiatives
  • 2 additional paid volunteering days per year

Thank you to everyone who applies. Due to the high volume of applications, we will be able to contact only candidates selected to progress to the next stage of the recruitment process.
