Role Overview
We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to help grow COMPLEX’s commercial offering across the region.
You’ll build relationships with brands and agencies, develop big partnership ideas and turn client briefs into campaigns that feel native to culture, community and the platforms our audience lives on.
This is a role for someone who knows what’s happening in music, sneakers, streetwear and entertainment, and understands how brands can authentically become part of the conversation.
What You’ll Do
Build and grow relationships with key brands and agencies.
Develop and sell creative partnerships across social, digital, video, print and experiences.
Turn client briefs into bold, culturally relevant ideas.
Identify new business opportunities across fashion, sneakers, music, sport, entertainment, FMCG and lifestyle.
Develop branded content, video, sponsorships, creator partnerships and experiential campaigns.
Create compelling pitches and confidently present ideas to clients and agencies.
Work closely with editorial, social, video, creative and production teams to bring campaigns to life.
Manage campaigns from pitch through to delivery and reporting.
Deliver against revenue targets and grow existing accounts.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in brand partnerships, media, creative, content or an agency environment.
Experience selling branded content, social, video and/or sponsorship.
A genuine understanding of youth culture, music, streetwear, sneakers, sport, creators and entertainment.
Strong commercial instincts with a creative mindset.
Confident communicator and presenter who knows how to build relationships.
Energetic, proactive and plugged into what’s happening next.
