Description
Kensington 360 is conducting a confidential search for a Managing Director to lead a well-established metal additive manufacturing business in the USA. This is a remote, US-based executive role, and candidates with links to California or Washington would be of strong value.
The Managing Director will align high-level strategy across commercial growth, engineering execution and wider operational excellence, with a clear goal: tripling the sales order book to $150m+.
Key responsibilities
- Commercial growth: Lead market strategy, business development and key client relationships across high-value industrial sectors.
- Engineering and technology: Oversee technical alignment so that engineering roadmaps support scalability and delivery.
- Executive operations: Direct end-to-end organizational performance and team development, with full P&L accountability.
What we are looking for
- Proven senior executive experience (Managing Director, General Manager or VP level) in metal additive manufacturing, 3D printing or advanced industrial technology.
- A track record of turning technical engineering capability into commercial success.
- Strong operational leadership, including scaling multi-disciplinary teams.
The package
Base salary of $400,000 per year. Permanent, full-time, remote (USA).
