As a Security Officer Risk Assessment in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to situations as needed, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, or telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and contractor activity in accordance with site requirements, reporting access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and timely incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
