For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 4 years of experience as a Technology Risk Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required as the academic foundation for the role.
- Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, security principles, and risk assessment methodologies is required to identify and evaluate technology risks effectively.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel is required to support risk reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards such as ISO27001 and NIST is required; familiarity with COBIT and ITIL frameworks is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as ISO27001, ISO27005, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are considered an asset; knowledge of Splunk for security monitoring is also a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to engaging senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, at least B2
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Lisbon
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
