  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality construction or project management
  • Experience with hospitality renovations, capital improvement (CAPEX) projects, conversions, and ground-up construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, estimating, engineering principles, construction methods, systems, and materials
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project
  • Strong client service skills with a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
  • Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a team-oriented mindset

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of hospitality projects
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders
  • Assist in developing project schedules and monitor and communicate progress, risks, and potential delays
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting records, change orders, drawings, inspections, and project decisions
  • Represent and advocate for the Owner’s interests throughout the project, including during disputes, changes, and change-order discussions
  • Attend project meetings as the Owner’s Representative, as needed
  • Track invoices, purchase orders, financial commitments, exposures, and other project costs
  • Keep the Hospitality team informed of project status, key milestones, risks, and major completion stages
  • Collaborate with the broader project team to identify and resolve issues that could impact successful project delivery
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support successful project completion
