- Experience supporting products throughout the full lifecycle, from design transition through production support and sustainment.
- Familiarity with control systems, electronics, circuit analysis, electromechanical systems, or motion control technology.
As a Product Engineer, you will:
- Serve as the responsible Product Engineer for electromechanical actuator products supporting the flight simulation market.
- Maintain technical ownership of assigned products from development through production and ongoing sustainment.
- Partner closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, program management, and customers to resolve technical challenges and support business objectives.
- Lead investigations into product and production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Evaluate, coordinate, and implement engineering changes while ensuring proper configuration management and product documentation control.
- Support design reviews, specification reviews, customer inquiries, and production readiness activities.
- Coordinate the efforts of multiple disciplines to ensure successful execution of product commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, reliability, manufacturability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers as needed to support product performance and business requirements.
