Duties & Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank accounts, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and other reconciliations as needed.
- Generate intercompany billings for PCG and its subsidiaries.
- Process international uploads and record monthly currency translations.
- Provide general ledger and reporting assistance to financial staff of subsidiary companies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures and recommend accounting process improvements.
- Assist with the year-end financial audit.
- Responsibilities may change as the department and PCG grow and as deemed necessary by management.
Required Skills
- Ability to analyze account fluctuations.
- Ability to identify unusual items or issues and to correct them going forward.
- Ensure revenue recognition is consistent with GAAP and PCG policy.
- Effective ability to prioritize and manage multiple activity streams.
- Must have the ability to manage task load with frequent interruptions.
- Must maintain attention to detail at all times.
- Excellent organizational skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
- Possess discretion to work with confidential information.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
· Experience working with accounting software.
· Experience with international accounting
· Experience with revenue recognition principles
· Experience with Workday
· Experience with project accounting.

Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $71,300-$88,100. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
