Who we’re looking for
The Senior Analyst, AI serves as the technical bridge between learning science and artificial intelligence. This role architects AI-augmented content development workflows, establishes prompt engineering standards, and builds governance frameworks ensuring AI-generated content meets quality, compliance, accessibility, and brand standards.
What you’ll be doing
- Architect end-to-end AI-augmented content development workflows and pipelines.
- Design and maintain an enterprise prompt library (version-controlled, tested, optimized).
- Evaluate, pilot, and integrate AI-powered tools into the L&D technology stack.
- Establish AI content quality governance: accuracy, bias detection, accessibility, brand standards.
- Develop AI-to-LMS integration standards (SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI).
- Build and deliver internal AI capability development programs for the L&D team.
- Partner with other L&D teams to advise where AI accelerates vs. where human-led design is required.
- Design measurement frameworks: time reduction, quality scores, cost-per-asset.
- Collaborate with Enterprise IT, InfoSec, and AI Governance on compliance.
- Lead POC initiatives for new AI learning technologies.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years learning technology/ID
- 2 years AI/ML application.
- Prompt engineering, context engineering, LLM-based content generation.
- SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI, LTI and LMS/LXP platforms.
- HTML, CSS, web-based content development.
- Governance frameworks and quality rubrics for digital content.
Added bonus if you have
- Financial Services industry experience.
- Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud.
- AI governance frameworks (OECD, NIST AI RMF).
- GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development environments.
- Agile/Scrum in L&D or product development.
