As a Senior Engineer Analytics and Artificial Intelligence in our Manufacturing and

Operations team, your contribution ensures

we make reliability our strongest asset.  Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Analyze, optimize, model und automate decision and business processes  Structure and document use cases for decision and business processes incl. assessment of value and complexity  Apply AI-assisted methods for requirements engineering, process discovery and business analysis to accelerate solution identification and prioritization  Implement solutions using modern development approaches including low-code platforms, AI-assisted development environments and agentic coding workflows where appropriate  Work with interdisciplinary and international teams to identify fitting solutions with an agile and value driven mindset  Develop and apply trainings, user concepts and operating models to ensure adoption of AI-enhanced processes, digital assistants and intelligent automation solutions  Establish a community for to exchange on requirements and to provide support  Facilitate collaboration between process experts, data experts and AI practitioners to identify and scale reusable solutions  Become expert on Infineon's ecosystem for process automation, data analytics, AI platforms and digital solution development  Identify opportunities for intelligent automation by combining process knowledge, analytics and AI capabilities  Design and govern AI-supported business processes following security, compliance and Responsible AI principles  Evaluate, prototype and operationalize AI agents and copilots that support business and operational processes  Present results and methods to different stakeholders (story telling with data)  Communicate AI opportunities, business value, limitations and governance considerations to technical and non-technical stakeholders  Supervise students and interns Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Provide fast and efficient solution by easily abstracting even complex problems and transfer your learning from other applications to a new solution. Open communicator and like to get to know experts from different areas to develop a lasting network.  Proactively develop solutions even for new use cases with internal and external partners to drive maximum value for the company.  Master degree in industrial engineering, science or other technical studies  Experience in business process modelling and automation in industry (preferable semiconductor) with adequate tooling (e.g. BPMN, Process Mining)  Experience in leading classical and agile projects of advantage  Basic knowledge of data provisioning, analytics solutions and AI-supported decision intelligence concepts  Understanding of Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and their business applications  Experience with AI-assisted software development, agentic coding environments or modern software delivery practices is an advantage  Knowledge of AI-enabled requirements engineering, process mining and process discovery methodologies is an advantage  Basic knowledge on industry (preferable Infineon) business processes of advantage  Profound in communications and presentation of complex technical solutions to different stakeholders Fluent in English and local language #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
