Job Description:

Location: 1 Health Park Drive Hendersonville, NC

Shift: Days, Mon- Fri

• Assesses and diagnoses patients' and families needs to provide quality care. 
• Develops and communicates realistic problem lists for each patient in collaboration with the patient and family.
• Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.
• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided. Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a team to meet departmental goals and objectives. Maintains current knowledge, certification, and licensure, and pursues ongoing professional growth and development. Provides patient education and support to address identified needs.
• Monitors and evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans as necessary. Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. 
• Other duties as assigned.
