Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master at HCF, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes, embedding Agile and Scrum practices that foster collaboration, continuous improvement and member-focused delivery. Working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders, you’ll help strengthen Agile maturity and enable teams to deliver successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices and delivery excellence.

• Partner with Product Owners on backlog management, prioritisation and stakeholder engagement.

• Use delivery metrics and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and provide transparent reporting.

• Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement across delivery teams.

• Identify delivery challenges and work with stakeholders to remove impediments.

• Build strong relationships across the business, promoting collaboration, alignment and transparency.

About you

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within a scaled Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar Agile frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent is highly regarded.
• Experience within delivery, operations or transformation environments is desirable.
