Responsible for planning and executing offline marketing initiatives, coordinating events and brand activations, and building strong community relationships to strengthen Snoonuâs brand presence across Oman.
The role focuses on creating engaging brand experiences, fostering local partnerships, and developing community-driven collaborations that increase brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and highly organized, with strong communication and relationship-building skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful events and community initiatives that deliver measurable result
đ What Youâll Get Your Hands On:
- Events & Activations: Plan and execute events, launches, exhibitions, and brand activations from concept to delivery.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage mutually beneficial partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
- Loyalty Partnerships: Develop collaborations offering exclusive benefits, rewards, and experiences to Snoonu customers.
- Offline Marketing & Branding: Execute offline campaigns, OOH advertising, sponsorships, and branded placements while ensuring brand consistency.
- Community & Influencer Engagement: Build community relationships and support influencer and brand ambassador collaborations.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead project teams and coordinate internal stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Budget & Performance: Manage budgets, evaluate initiatives, and report on ROI, engagement, and business impact.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in offline marketing, events, brand activations, and partnership development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative, commercially minded, and results-driven.
- Good understanding of the Omani market and consumer behavior.
- Ability to manage budgets and measure marketing effectiveness.
