The expo/food runner role is a critical and foundational component of a great food program, and at Blackjack we are looking for the right candidates to join our team. In this role, your main job is to ensure the food comes out correctly and quickly. This will include things like: garnishing, supporting the kitchen team, juggling multiple tickets at once.

What we are looking for:
- Someone with previous Expo experience is a must.
- If you have worked with Tapas before, that is a huge plus.
- Spanish or Thai speakers are a plus.
- Someone who is energetic with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Someone who is punctual, diligent, and methodical in their work.
- Someone who enjoys supporting a team of hospitality professionals in delivering an exemplary service and memorable experience to all our guests.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and communicates effectively and professionally with others, even during stressful moments.
- Someone who can self-manage while executing several different tasks efficiently and effectively.
