The Clubs of Cordillera are seeking a full-time Food Runner/Expo to join our Food and Beverage team. - Understanding sequence of service steps, training is available.
- Ensuring food arrives to members in a timely manner, with proper plating.
- Ensuring all plates and supplies are properly cleaned and presentable for service with no defects.
- Having the necessary menu knowledge to assist members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
- Ability to deliver a level of service that creates an atmosphere that makes our members want to return, giving each member a positive, memorable experience.
