Job Title: Digital Experience & Operations Specialist (P3)
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Department: HR - Talent Development
Reports To: Director of Learning & Enablement
Overview
Every Genesys employee interacts with Talent Development somewhere: an announcement in their inbox, a page on the employee intranet, a program launch, a live session. This role owns how that whole experience feels.
As a Digital Experience & Operations Specialist in Talent Development, you'll build and run the systems behind how employees hear about, see, and find Talent Development programs, initiatives, and resources. You'll lead the reimagining of our team's intranet presence, own the operations behind the communications engine for a global team, and bring consistency to how our brand shows up across programs.
This is not a writing or design role. It's a program and operations role for someone who loves turning complexity into structure, thinks in systems, and uses AI and modern tools to make work simpler, faster, and more scalable.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Experience & Portal Strategy
- Lead the redesign of Talent Development's presence on the company intranet, from user research and information architecture through build, content migration, and launch.
- Apply user experience principles, such as needs mapping and audience segmentation, to design an intranet experience around real employee needs and use cases, so people can find what they need in seconds.
- Structure and optimize content for AI consumption, so AI assistants and automated support tools can surface accurate, up-to-date information for employees.
- Drive change management across the team, so every content owner understands the new digital content management structure, standards, and ways of working.
- Serve as the primary site administrator, managing pages, editor access, and permissions for Talent Development programs and initiatives.
- Establish and maintain governance for intranet content to ensure cohesion, consistency, and accuracy.
- Partner with the corporate communications team on platform standards, and with HR knowledge management experts on content standards and AI readiness across HR.
Communications Operations & Launch Governance
- Own the operating system behind Talent Development's communications: planning tools and the workflows that keep everything on track.
- Manage the review and approval process end to end: route drafts to the right people, track status, and follow up on bottlenecks.
- Make it easy for everyone on the team to take part in communications planning through clear processes, templates, and tools.
- Partner with corporate and HR communications on the timing and alignment of employee and manager messaging.
- Align major Talent Development launches and communications with the broader HR planning process, so the team's work fits seamlessly into how HR plans and governs its initiatives, and so leadership has visibility into what's coming.
Brand & Experience Standards
- Ensure Talent Development shows up with a consistent voice and identity across programs, communications, and live experiences.
- Integrate corporate brand and brand initiatives into Talent Development's work in close partnership with the brand team.
- Set and maintain experience standards for programs and live sessions, such as consistent look, feel, and structure across events.
- Partner with the external communications and public relations team to turn Talent Development programs into external stories, such as social media features on key programs.
AI-Enabled Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Build AI-powered workflows, templates, and tools that support the team's core work across digital experience, communications, and brand, enabling each area to operate more efficiently and effectively.
- Champion the employee experience: Set up continuous feedback loops to spot employee pain points and drive rapid, operational fixes.
- Simplify processes and remove manual effort wherever you find it.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management, user experience or digital product design, digital workplace or intranet management, internal communications operations, HR operations, or a similar operations-focused role.
- Experience working on a global team.
- A track record of running complex, multi-stakeholder programs from design through execution, ideally including a platform migration, process redesign, or similar transformation.
- Strong systems thinking. You see how AI, processes, platforms, and people connect, and you design for scale.
- Operational rigor and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle many moving parts without dropping any.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to build workflows or improve how work gets done.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana (preferred), Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
- Experience administering or managing content on an intranet or knowledge management platform, ideally including structuring content for search or AI-powered tools.
- The ability to influence and align stakeholders across a global, matrixed organization without formal authority.
- Fluent business English, written and spoken, with a talent for communicating clearly and concisely to global audiences.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced change.
Additional Qualifications That Set You Apart
- Experience in a high-growth, multinational SaaS or technology company.
- Experience leading or supporting enterprise-level change initiatives.
- Experience with information architecture, user experience principles, or content strategy.
- Experience with AI knowledge management.
- Exposure to HR and enterprise technology platforms such as Workday or ServiceNow.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Information Management, or a related field.
