Field Application Engineer

## What you’ll do:

• The overview of the role with its primary function is to be responsible for technical support to sales team from developing stage of opportunity to project completion in PDPQ business in Korea (Data Center, Overseas EPC, Local EPC, and Local Industries) including proactive communcation with customer and with internal colleagues and providing customers with optimized solutions in time.
• Technical analysis of the customer request and spec requirements with proper summary for communication with factory to get the best technical supports to fullfill customer expectations.
• Responsibility to prepare and submit all the required documents and technical response to customers at the project development stage, bidding stage, contract stage.
• Responsibility for project management to support the sales manager focusing on technical relevant matters for smooth communcation with customer and factory.
• Preparation for bidding documents and submission working with the sales manager.
• Technical meeting and presentation to the customers and the channels supporting the sales managers.
• Work with Sales manager and Customer Support Represetatives in Korea to ensure prompt FAT, shipments, and services.
• Provide weekly business update report to & meeting with supervisor
• Provide techncial support including customized solutions to meet customers' need and respond to questions from customers in Korea.
• Supporting the sales manager to develop, propose, and initiate the promotion of the products and the solutions in Korea such as hosting seminars and participating in trade show.
• Organize product and technical solution training to the channels & the cusotmers in Korea.

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, major in Electrical Engineering
• 10~15 Years related experience
• Significant techncial knowledges of Electrical products and solutions such as (hyper-scale) UPS, MV & LV Switchgears, Transformers, and Protective Solutions for Switchgears and Transformers.
• Proactive and Self-motivated under a variety of challenging circumstances
• Transparent, On time communcation with, and reporting to supervisor
• Strategic thingking skills with creativity
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Decent level of Speaking and Writing skills in English for communication.
