What You'll Do
- Analyze user behavior, product usage, and business metrics to uncover actionable insights.
- Define and own key product metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Design and analyze A/B experiments to guide product decisions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, AI, and Growth teams to solve high-impact business problems.
- Measure and improve AI agent quality, reliability, and user success.
- Build predictive models, segment users, and identify opportunities to improve activation, retention, and engagement.
- Communicate insights clearly and influence product strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Product Data Science, Analytics, or a related role.
- Strong SQL and Python skills with experience working on large datasets.
- Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and data modeling.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience with AI or LLM products.
- Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, dbt, Airflow, or Spark.
- Experience in consumer products or high-growth startups.
