Description
In this role, you will...
- Support automation of HR processes, including operational and system workflows related to hiring, onboarding, offboarding and internal transfers.
- Collaborate with scalability and efficiency in mind, assisting in integration of HR tools and systems.
- Support the analysis and resolution of technical/systems/process issues, translating technical concepts into business-friendly solutions.
- Review and suggest updates to the design, documentation, and standardization of HR processes and workflows.
- Build and maintain HR dashboards and KPIs using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar, automatizing where possible.
- Perform data extraction, organization, and analysis to support HR decision-making, in collaboration and support to HRBPs and COEs.
- Support automation using AI tools and scripting (Python, JavaScript, VBA/macros) when applicable.
- Be part of the AI/ HR Solutions squad, conducting mapping, reviews, ideation, design thinking, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
- Other duties may be assigned according to business demands or other internal guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with automation, AI, and system integrations in a real business environment.

For this role, you'll need...
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology / Systems, Computer Science / Engineering, Data Analytics or Business Administration / HR (with strong interest in technology).
- Advanced English (reading and communication), able to interact with colleagues from other countries in Latin America, through the squad.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel, with familiarity with Power BI or data visualization tools.
- Understanding of basic IT concepts and systems integration.
- Basic understanding of programming logic and/or databases.
- Exposure to Python, JavaScript, or similar languages is a plus.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity.
- Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Organized and process-driven mindset.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business/HR solutions.
- Strong communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
