Description
We're hiring Class A CDL drivers for OTR positions with the option to run solo or become a Driver Mentor. Drivers can expect consistent freight, no-touch loads, and weekly pay, with additional earning opportunities available for those who choose to mentor.
OTR Solo Driving
Solo drivers typically spend 10–14 days on the road before returning home.
Pay & Position Details:
- $0.50–$0.60 CPM, based on experience
- No-touch freight

Earn More as a Driver Mentor
Experienced drivers may choose to work with new CDL holders during their required OTR training.
Mentor assignments generally last approximately 11 days, and mentors receive additional compensation while training.
Mentor Pay:
- $0.50–$0.60 CPM base rate, based on experience
- Additional $0.10 CPM while mentoring
- Up to an additional $0.10 CPM productivity incentive
- Additional bonus opportunities may apply
- Priority mileage opportunities
Mentoring doesn't have to be continuous. Drivers may take home time or return to solo operation between students.
Starting Your CDL Career?
New CDL holders are welcome to apply for available training opportunities.
New drivers begin at $0.35 CPM while completing training and accumulating their first three months of qualifying experience. Once three months of experience is reached, drivers may move into the experienced solo pay range of $0.50–$0.60 CPM, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
Driver Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be at least 21 years old
- 3+ months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience required for experienced Solo and Mentor positions
- Must satisfy DOT and company qualification standards
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
