Summary:
The purpose of this role is to maintain the overall cleanliness of assigned areas of the University. This position is full-time and requires working on Saturday and Sunday.Job Description:
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Maintain the facility and its contents free from dust, dirt and debris.
- Upkeep all areas including storage and janitor's closets.
- Follow all job assignments given by the Director of Facility Services.
- Report maintenance deficiencies in assigned work area.
- Follow all policy and procedures of the Institution.
- Attend all staff meetings, in-services and any other meetings that are considered mandatory.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Must have knowledge of the current chemical system in use
- Must be able to lift at least 10 lbs.
Minimum qualifications
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
