该职位面向高科技电子消费品/互联网平台行业，聚焦通过 SAP 数字化转型方案实现业务效率与创新能力的双重提升。候选人需具备深厚的行业洞察、扎实的 SAP 专业能力及咨询式售前思维，能够基于客户业务战略制定端到端的数字化解决方案，并带领团队实现从方案构建到落地实施的价值交付。
主要职责
1. 行业解决方案规划
o 基于行业特性，设计并交付覆盖财务、供应链、生产、销售与售后全流程的 SAP 数字化蓝图。
o 深入理解客户业务痛点，构建可量化、可执行的优化方案，提升业务敏捷性与数据驱动决策能力。
2. 售前咨询与业务拓展
o 与业务拓展团队协同，主导客户需求分析、方案构思与投标支持。
o 负责客户提案、演示及价值呈现，清晰阐述 SAP 解决方案在业务层面的价值贡献。
o 制定数字化转型路线图，评估项目投资回报率（ROI），支持业务拓展与新客户开拓。
3. 项目交付管理与系统集成
o 统筹 SAP 项目全生命周期（需求调研、方案设计、系统配置、上线支持等），确保与客户战略目标保持一致。
o 主导 SAP 与 PLM、MES、CRM、电商平台等系统的集成设计，保障跨系统数据流与业务流一致性。
4. 创新与技术引领
o 运用 SAP 新技术（如 BTP、AI、IoT、RPA 等）构建智能化、自动化的业务场景。
o 设计“云 + 本地”混合架构方案，助力企业实现全球化运营与多业务线协同。
5. 领导力与客户沟通
o 管理跨职能交付团队（IT、业务、外部合作伙伴），确保项目按期高质量交付。
o 以业务语言向高层客户呈现数字化方案价值，推动战略级客户关系深化。
• 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、电子信息、自动化、人工智能等相关专业优先。
• 10 年以上高科技电子行业经验，深刻理解研发、供应链、销售与售后等核心业务流程。
• 12 年以上 SAP 项目经验，具备 S/4HANA 或 ERP 全周期实施经验。
• 深入掌握至少一个 SAP 核心模块（FI/CO/MM/PP/SCM/CX 等）及其在高科技行业的业务应用。
• 具备售前咨询经验，能够独立完成方案设计、价值阐述及客户提案。
• 熟悉 SAP 行业解决方案（SAP for High-Tech / Consumer Products），能结合行业特性进行配置优化。
• 了解主流接口与集成技术（IDOC、PI/PO、OData 等），具备跨系统架构设计能力。
• 拥有外资咨询公司或大型企业数字化转型项目经验者优先。
• 具备卓越的客户沟通、方案呈现与团队领导能力，能在跨区域、多方协作环境中高效推进项目。

• 持有 SAP 官方高级认证（如 SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain / Management Accounting Professional 等）。
• 曾主导头部高科技企业或互联网平台企业的 SAP 数字化转型或售前咨询项目。
• 具备将 SAP 与新兴技术（AI、IoT、RPA）融合的创新落地经验。
• 在行业论坛、客户峰会或 SAP 社区分享过专业实践经验。
