Due to continued customer growth, we're expanding the SAP Finance team in Germany and are looking for an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP FI/CO and SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and transformation projects for national and international clients.
• Analyse business requirements and advise customers on best-practice finance processes.
• Configure and customise SAP FI and CO solutions to meet business needs.
• Take ownership of workstreams or projects, ensuring successful planning, delivery and stakeholder management.
• Support workshops, solution design and business process optimisation.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, client demonstrations and solution proposals.
• Continue developing your expertise through structured learning, SAP certifications and mentoring.

Your Profile

• Minimum 4 years' experience working with SAP FI/CO, either within an SAP consultancy or an end-user organisation.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations or transformation projects.
• Experience in SAP FI and CO Customising.
• Native-level German or minimum C1 German.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology is advantageous.
• Knowledge of other SAP S/4HANA modules would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for SAP, continuous learning and helping customers solve complex business challenges.
