About the role
We are seeking experienced Medical/Surgical and General Ward Registered Nurses to support healthcare facilities across the Northern Territory. These positions offer the opportunity to work in a variety of Medical/Surgical and general settings while contributing to high-quality patient outcomes in regional and remote communities.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care within acute medical/surgical and general ward environments
- Assess, monitor and evaluate patients with acute and chronic medical and surgical conditions
- Administer, medications, intravenous therapies, and treatments as required
- Recognise and respond promptly to changes in patient condition, escalating care when appropriate
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-practice patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to facility protocols

What you'll need
- Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse Division 1)
- Minimum 1-year nursing experience
- Experience in medical, surgical and general ward settings
- Ability to work confidently in fast-paced clinical environments
