What your typical day will look like:
As an HR Process Management & Optimization Analyst (6 months contract), you will play a key role in driving HR transformation and operational excellence across the APAC region. Working closely with HR leaders, Centres of Excellence, HR Technology teams, and business stakeholders, you will help redesign, optimise, and embed HR processes that improve efficiency, governance, and employee experience.
Your day-to-day work will involve leading and supporting cross-functional projects, facilitating process improvement workshops, analysing business requirements, and implementing practical solutions across people, processes, and technology. You will also partner with stakeholders across regional and global teams to ensure new ways of working are successfully embedded, while maintaining governance, documentation, and process standards that support long-term operational effectiveness.
Through strong stakeholder engagement and project management, you will contribute to key HR transformation initiatives, continuously identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall HR operating model across APAC.
Core responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end change management activities for Workday releases, HR transformation programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring successful adoption across APAC markets.
- Partner with Global HR Systems, HR Centres of Excellence, and regional stakeholders to assess change impacts, develop business readiness plans, and localise global change initiatives for regional implementation.
- Design and deliver engaging communication, learning, and adoption materials including training sessions, user guides, FAQs, demos, videos, and other digital learning resources to enhance the Workday user experience.
- Develop and maintain change plans, communication strategies, and supporting documentation to ensure stakeholders are well-informed, prepared, and confident throughout the change journey.
- Build and support regional user communities, champions, and super-user networks to encourage knowledge sharing, self-service adoption, and long-term engagement with Workday and HR processes.
- Monitor adoption metrics, gather user feedback, and provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve change effectiveness, user engagement, and system adoption across the region.
- Build strong partnerships with HR teams, business stakeholders, and project teams, while supporting ad hoc HR transformation initiatives and driving continuous improvement in employee experience.
A bit about you:
- At least 5 years of experience in Change Management, HR Transformation, HR Technology, HR Operations, HR Project Management, Process Improvement or HR Effectiveness.
- Proven experience managing or supporting cross-functional projects, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, prioritise competing demands, and deliver initiatives in a structured and organised manner.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, process design, and continuous improvement, with the ability to analyse business requirements and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Workday is essential, with a good understanding of HR systems, process enhancements, and how technology can improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, with experience engaging HR and business stakeholders, leading workshops, gathering requirements, and driving alignment across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data, process documentation, and KPIs to monitor effectiveness and support informed decision-making.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
