We're currently looking for a Business Relationships Manager, Mumbai on a full-time, fixed-term basis. This position sits within the Relationships team and reports to the Country/Cluster Head or Lead – Education Relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding ACCA's presence across India's higher education landscape. You will work closely with universities, Approved Learning Partners, and other education stakeholders to drive student recruitment, progression, retention, and partner success while strengthening ACCA's brand and market position.
The Job
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with universities and Approved Learning Partners to deliver agreed business objectives and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, building a strong pipeline of education institutions aligned with ACCA's strategic priorities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and implement business development and partner engagement plans.
- Promote ACCA's qualifications, products, and services through presentations, workshops, partner meetings, and market engagement activities.
- Support education partners with accreditation, student recruitment, progression, retention initiatives, and readiness for new ACCA qualifications and products.
- Organise and support partner events, faculty development programmes, student engagement initiatives, and marketing campaigns to strengthen ACCA's visibility and influence.
The Person
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in business development, account management, or business-to-business relationship management, ideally within the education, professional qualifications, or skills sector.
- Demonstrates excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels, including senior university leadership.
- Possesses strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Has a good understanding of the higher education landscape and a passion for improving student outcomes and employability.
- Is proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering results within agreed timelines.
- Enjoys working collaboratively across cross-functional and international teams.
- Is willing to travel extensively to support partner engagement and business development activities.
