We're looking for a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our Internal Firm Services team. Learning & Development is a key pillar within the PwC Malta Talent Development strategy. As we continue to expand our capabilities, learning resources, and solutions, this role will be central to ensuring our people gain the skills and knowledge they need to grow in their roles.
Your Mission
Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new Senior Learning and Development Specialist, you will:
Act as an advisor to our business units on all matters relating to learning.
Work closely with the business to understand and define training needs across different grades and management levels.
Design and develop training curricula and learning activities across a range of subjects to respond to business needs.
Lead the ideation, instructional design, development, implementation, execution, and evaluation of learning programmes — from inception through to business impact.
Deliver train-the-trainer sessions, business skills training, and workshops.
Identify and collaborate with instructors and subject matter specialists, both internally and externally, to establish effective ways to train our people.
Source content and design programme resources within the PwC network.
Automate learning and development processes and generate data to support informed decision-making.
Support the compilation and management of the L&D budget.
Own the end-to-end operations of specific L&D projects, taking ownership from start to finish.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Holds a tertiary level of education.
Has 2-3 years of experience in Learning and Development, ideally within the professional services sector.
Brings a unique perspective and values collaboration.
Is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a diverse team.
Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal English.
Has strong project management skills and high attention to detail with a client-oriented mindset.
Shares a genuine passion for learning and a keen interest in digital processes and tools related to learning.
Can work on their own initiative and take ownership, while working collaboratively with others.
