About This Role 

We are looking for a Data Coordinator, Field Support to deliver accurate, timely, and standardized operational support for the Field Support organization. This role owns routine account setup, onboarding support, data maintenance, queue processing, and quality checks, enabling Field Support Reps (FSRs) to focus on direct commercial team needs, customer and account-health work. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Serve as the operational support partner for the Field Support team by executing standardized onboarding, account setup, user setup, routine account maintenance, and other transactional activities within established workflows.  

• Collect, enter, validate, and maintain customer information in Salesforce and other internal systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established quality standards.  

• Review requests for completeness, reconcile data discrepancies across systems, perform quality assurance checks, and resolve issues prior to account activation or request completion.  

• Manage assigned work through shared queues and ticketing systems, maintain accurate documentation, communicate status appropriately, and consistently meet established service level expectations.  

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute standard reports and data extracts that support Field Support, Sales, Key Account Management, and leadership. 

• Identify recurring process issues, manual activities, and documentation gaps; recommend and support improvements through updated SOPs, job aids, testing, workflow enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.  

• Build positive working relationships with Field Support, Sales, Key Account Management, customers, and internal business partners while exercising sound judgment in communicating operational risks, issues, and recommendations to leadership.  

• Protect confidential customer and patient information by adhering to HIPAA requirements, company policies, and all applicable quality and compliance standards. 

 

What We Need To See 

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in operational support, customer care, sales support, data entry, account setup, or a similar high-volume environment. 

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. 

• Experience entering, validating, and maintaining data with a high degree of accuracy. 

• Working knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM/SaaS platform. 

• Ability to prioritize multiple requests, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly. 

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information. 

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute for additional education. 

Ways to Stand Out 

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in healthcare, business operations, or data management. 

• Experience with Salesforce case management, reporting, shared-service operations, or master-data maintenance. 

• Knowledge of iRhythm systems, products, or customer-support processes. 

• Experience contributing to process improvement, automation, or knowledge-management efforts.
