The Fleet Operations Coordinator serves as a key liaison between the fleet lease department, internal teams, and external customers by supporting the coordination, preparation, and execution of fleet vehicles throughout the auction process. This role is primarily lot-based and focuses on vehicle logistics, data accuracy, sale-day readiness, and customer communication.

The Fleet Operations Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring vehicles are properly documented, eligible for sale, and prepared according to auction standards while delivering responsive, customer-focused service in a fast-paced, outdoor auction environment.

Responsibilities for Fleet Operations Coordinator

• Coordinate fleet lease vehicle activities for auction sale days.
• Maintain accurate vehicle, pricing, and inventory records.
• Verify vehicle files, sale eligibility, and required documentation.
• Coordinate title processing and auction documentation.
• Review inventory reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Work with internal teams to ensure vehicles are sale-ready.
• Follow up on vehicle preparation, billing, and missing information.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements for Fleet Operations Coordinator

• Experience in fleet, logistics, transportation, auction operations, or a related field.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Physical Requirements for Fleet Operations Coordinator

• Stand, walk, and move throughout auction lots for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Bend, reach, climb, and navigate around vehicles safely.
• Enter, exit, and operate vehicles as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members in person and by phone.
