Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Teller/Member Service Representative at our Plymouth Branch offering $19.15-$21.40 per hour. Enjoy a predictable schedule with rotating Saturday shifts and holidays off, giving you more time to focus on things outside of work.

As a Teller/Member Service Representative, you'll help members with their everyday financial needs by processing transactions, answering questions, and connecting them with products and services that fit their goals. You'll work alongside a supportive team to deliver a positive member experience while maintaining accuracy, security, and compliance.

What You'll Do

You'll provide friendly, personalized service while building strong relationships with members. Your responsibilities will include processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions; balancing cash drawers; and following established cash handling, security, and compliance procedures. You'll answer questions, assist with account and financial service needs, and identify opportunities to recommend products and services that align with members' goals. You'll also communicate with members and coworkers in person, by phone, and through email while participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of banking, financial products, and credit union operations.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about helping others. You'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication, math, and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• The ability to learn new systems and manage multiple priorities
• Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred
