Position Overview

As a Teller/Member Service Representative, you'll be an important part of our West Bend Branch team, helping members with everyday banking needs while delivering the welcoming, personalized service they expect from Kohler Credit Union.

This position is a great fit for candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, restaurant service, retail, sales, customer relations, guest services, cash handling, and customer-facing positions. The communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills you've developed in these industries can translate directly into success in retail banking.

You'll assist members with financial transactions, answer account questions, introduce digital banking tools, and connect members with financial products and services that support their goals. Qualifications

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, retail, customer service, sales, guest relations, banking, or financial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-focused attitude.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
• Comfort using computers, digital tools, and customer service systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A genuine interest in helping people, building relationships, and learning about financial products and services.
