Description
Grow with us...
Life at Starwood Hotels is based on a simple idea: the world is beautiful and we want to keep it that way. But we can’t do it alone. That’s why hiring thoughtful and inspiring Team Members and Leaders who understand that our people, collaboration, stellar service, and respect for nature are so important to us.
We are currently in search of a Concierge Supervisor and a true bon vivant—a person who loves, more than anything, to eat, drink, chat, and explore, someone who’ll share thoughtful, personal recommendations on everything from secret sunsets in WEHO to an award-winning bar in Tokyo. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about details, who’ll get you a table at that impossible-to-reserve restaurant, then send you for drinks at a blissful hideaway you’d never have found, introduce you to an incredible gallery, give you background on the neighborhood, and anything else you can imagine. So if your dream job involves talking at length about who makes the best local, well…anything—we'd love to hear from you.
About you...
Passionate about guest service and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Experience in concierge operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
