Job Overview

The Head of Admissions will lead admissions operations, develop student recruitment strategies, drive enrolment growth, and ensure a smooth admissions experience for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement admissions strategies to achieve student enrolment targets.
• Lead the admissions team and oversee daily operations.
• Develop student recruitment plans for local and international markets.
• Manage enquiries, applications, interviews, and student registrations.
• Build partnerships with schools, universities, education agents, and corporate organizations.
• Monitor admissions performance, conversion rates, and enrolment trends.
• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to promote study programmes.
• Prepare admissions reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Ensure compliance with admission policies and relevant regulations.
• Identify enrolment growth opportunities and manage admissions budgets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, education management, or a similar role.
• Experience in higher education, business schools, or international education is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical and team management abilities.
• Proven ability to achieve enrolment targets and lead a team.
