Marketing Director

KEY DETAILS

• • Location: Downtown Cleveland, OH (on-site, 5 days a week)
  • Travel: Some travel monthly to Pittsburgh, PA and Buffalo, NY
  • Direct Reports: 6 marketing team members
  • The use of Teams on a weekly basis with Team Members

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• • Overseeing marketing for all of Hanna Commercial including marketing team members in different locations
  • Develop and implement creative concepts for improving efficiency and streamlining the marketing process
  • Marketing to include; print and online marketing initiatives including brochures, site tours, video production, collateral design, presentations, and proposals.
  • Working with an outside consultant on updating and maintaining the Website Hannacre.com
  • Working on improving our marketing and efficiency through our CRM, HubSpot
  • Develop and implement creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization that advance Hanna Commercial brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with the division team members to ensure creative quality and integrity
  • Work with Market Leads, agents and the marketing team to generate ideas for new or trending media
  • Provide quality control over projects
  • Create project plans and delegate responsibilities to team members
  • Create and maintain efficient workflow and monitor work activity
  • Responsible for training new marketing team members
  • Responsible for promoting a collaborative, creative marketing environment
  • Responsible for organization and communication within division
  • Oversee 6 marketing team members
  • Manage day to day of marketing team and ongoing marketing projects/initiatives

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Experience managing a marketing team
• 5-10 years’ experience in marketing
• This position is completely in the office and requires some traveling to Markets such as Pittsburgh and Buffalo  
• Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired.
• Sales experience a plus 
• Previous management experience
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills. 
• Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft and other programs to include: InDesign, Word, Excel, HubSpot, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Canva
• Ability to create graphics
• Multi-tasking through multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to create social media posts, content calendars, and manage social media for multiple pages.
• Exceptional communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment. 
• Desire to succeed
