District Photo is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations across our manufacturing facilities in Beltsville, MD, Louisville, KY, and Phoenix, AZ.
What You'll Do
- Lead warehouse operations across three manufacturing facilities
- Develop warehouse supervisors and leadership teams
- Improve inventory accuracy and warehouse performance
- Standardize processes across all facilities
- Serve as the business leader for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central warehouse processes
- Drive warehouse KPIs, cycle counts, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Operations, Production, Purchasing, Finance, Shipping, and Customer Service
- Lead warehouse strategy, warehouse layout optimization, and material flow improvements
- Travel regularly to Phoenix and Louisville to support warehouse teams and ensure operational consistency

Requirements
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys building high-performing warehouse organizations—not simply maintaining them.
The ideal candidate has:
- Multi-site warehouse leadership experience
- Strong ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred)
- Deep expertise in inventory management and materials flow
- Experience leading warehouse supervisors and managers
- Manufacturing or production environment experience
- Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- A willingness to travel between our three facilities
