We are currently looking for a Work Based Learning - Technician to join our team in Decherd, TN.

A Day in the Life:

• Assembly of automobiles and automotive parts using air and/or battery power tools and hand tools
• Work as part of a team at a workstation along an assembly line completing a designated section of the product before moving it along to the next station.
• May work as a member of assembly, paint, or other groups and be assigned different work stations/rotations as production needs require.
• Able to follow all apparel guidelines specific to each department.

Who We're Looking for:

Required:

• Must be at least 16 years of age and a Junior in High School
• Successfully complete chemical screen and thorough background check to include criminal history and work history
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and be able to stand for long periods of time
• Hard-working with the ability to stay focused, pay attention to detail
• Safety conscious and able to work well with others
