Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Full Onsite
Location: Makati
Industry: Private Equity Firm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis and develop financial models to assess potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct market and industry research, identify emerging trends, and support the sourcing of new investment opportunities through research and networking.
- Assist with due diligence activities across financial, commercial, legal, operational, and ESG areas.
- Prepare investment presentations, reports, and memoranda for internal stakeholders, investment committees, boards, and prospective investors.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives, including growth planning, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, ESG implementation, and exit planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to work well in a team environment.
