Description
- Support the development, implementation, and optimization of firmware applications for embedded systems and tools for Windows systems
- Assist in the adaptation and extension of existing firmware modules
- Implement application-level logic and communication interfaces on microcontrollers
- Perform module tests, integration tests, and debugging
- Analyze requirements and support technical documentation
- Collaborate closely with hardware, system, and software development teams
- Currently pursuing a degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
- Initial experience in embedded software or firmware development
- Good knowledge of C/C++/C#
- Basic understanding of microcontroller architectures (e.g. STM32)
- Ideally, some experience with:
o Communication interfaces (e.g. CAN, UART, Modbus, Profinet, Bluetooth)
o HMI / Embedded Web Server
o Version control systems (e.g. GIT)
o IOT Cyber security
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
