Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
- Monitor and manage the front desk area in a professional manner.
- Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors courteously.
- Answer phones and assist with resident inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain visitor logs and monitor access to the property.
- Assist management with daily administrative or operational support when needed.
- Conduct routine patrols throughout the property and common areas.
- Monitor for unusual activity, safety hazards, or unauthorized persons.
- Ensure the property remains safe, secure, and well-monitored.
- Respond professionally to incidents, resident concerns, or emergencies.
- Report maintenance issues, suspicious activity, or safety concerns promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
- Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist elderly residents when appropriate and provide general support.
- Create a welcoming and secure atmosphere throughout the community.
- Complete daily activity reports and incident reports accurately.
- Maintain detailed logs of patrols, visitors, and incidents.
- Communicate effectively with management and fellow team members.
- Use computer systems for reporting, email communication, and resident records.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Must be computer literate and comfortable using basic office systems.
- Ability to work both morning and night shifts.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
- Previous security, concierge, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
- Florida Security D License preferred or required based on assignment.
