- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead the implementation of best practices in software development to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Strong experience in designing and developing custom software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively within agile development environments and iterative delivery cycles.
- Skilled in optimizing software components for performance and scalability.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions across systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in software applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
