This is an opportunity to create change and efficiency with U.S. government customers. As a change management professional, you’ll use critical thinking skills, change management experience, and project management skills to help government customers solve pressing organizational challenges.

You Have:  

• 1+ years of experience supporting knowledge management, information management, records management, or business operations within a government, military, or corporate environment

• 1+ years of experience organizing, maintaining, and improving digital repositories, collaboration platforms, or document management systems, such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Confluence

• Knowledge of knowledge management principles, information lifecycle management, taxonomy development, metadata, and document governance best practices

• Ability to develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, workflows, and other artifacts that improve information sharing and organizational efficiency

• Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve collaboration, knowledge capture, retrieval, and dissemination across teams

• Experience with MS SharePoint

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience supporting the Department of War

• Knowledge of the U.S. Space Force

• TS/SCI clearance

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
