Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels while delivering a positive customer experience.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries by providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Process customer requests, account updates, orders, returns, refunds, and other service-related transactions in accordance with company policies.
Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately within CRM or ticketing systems.
Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate departments while maintaining ownership until resolution.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and processes to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, response time, quality assurance, and productivity goals.
Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Perform additional customer support and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role in a remote or BPO environment.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Experience using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or customer support software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and dedicated home office setup.
