The Senior Director of Digital Engagement and Commerce is a pivotal leadership role within the Digital Commerce + Engagement organization, tasked with unifying the commercial strategy and oversight of the digital business. This position addresses the critical need for a dedicated P&L owner who can effectively manage and integrate the various functions of prospect acquisition, base marketing, brand management, and revenue programs. By consolidating these responsibilities under a single leader, the Senior Director will enhance accountability, streamline decision-making processes, and foster a cohesive approach to driving digital growth and engagement at an enterprise scale. The Senior Director will lead a team of Senior Managers, transitioning from a fragmented operational model to a more integrated structure, while scaling digital as a primary channel for customer acquisition and retention.
Un-carrier® Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the digital commerce strategy to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Oversee management of the P&L for the digital business, ensuring financial targets are met and optimized.
- Enable seamless omnichannel customer journeys with intuitive wayfinding and integrated touchpoints.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital strategies with overall business objectives.
- Identify and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Guide and mentor a team of Senior Managers to enhance operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
The Experience You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce strategy, and P&L management.
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, digital strategy, or a related field.
- Proven track record of scaling digital as a primary channel for customer acquisition and retention.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
