Management and execution of time-critical and temperature-sensitive air and road transportation shipments. 

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage import and export shipments by air freight and road transport

• Obtain and verify the necessary export documentation

• Prepare air freight documentation

• Handle electronic customs clearance procedures

• Book shipments with airlines

• Inspect and label shipments

• Manage the return process for reusable packaging

• Participate in internal and external training programs

• Ensure that tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in a cost-effective manner

• Report deviations, issues, and delays

• Execute transportation in the safest, fastest, and most efficient way possible

• Comply with management instructions

• Fulfill customer requirements

• Ensure smooth information flow and effective coordination

Technical Responsibilities 

• Monitor shipments throughout transportation

• Verify scheduled flight departures and arrival times

• Implement and communicate critical information

• Work in compliance with ADR/DGR/IATA regulations and applicable laws

• Communicate with national and international World Courier stations

• Maintain relationships with contractual partners

• Use and maintain existing operational systems

• Adhere to security and safety requirements

• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues

• Present a professional appearance at all times

Skills and Knowledge:

• Have logistics knowledge ( preferred)

• Excellent interpersonal relationships

• Be able to take initiatives and responsibilities

• Computer skills
